In 2009, my boat caught several hundred salmon, halibut and tuna. And the ocean Dungeness Crab were so huge, no measuring necessary! The overall forecast for 2010 indicates a good and exciting year. An off the chart spring Chinook forecast and another year with a great Coho fishery to begin in late June. Add Astoria/Buoy 10 in August and the return of a fall Chinook fishery in Tillamook, the anticipation is exhilarating!!! |
